Ping Tom Memorial Park Fieldhouse

This design-build delivered project provided a 30,000 sf fieldhouse in that features a six-lane pool with a spectator view area; gymnasium; club rooms; fitness center; a geothermal and rainwater harvesting systems; and a deck terrace and green roof.  

As WBE partner on the project, DWA (then DZSE) designed the foundation systems for superstrucctures, which included support for a precast building system.

ENR honored the project Best Government/Public building category in Midwest.
