Blue Cross/Blue Shield Vertical Expansion

The original 31-story office building was completed in 1997 with a plan for future 24-story-tall expansion to accommodate a fast-growing company and to consolidate its work force.

Provided construction phase engineering services to the steel contractor including design of all the steel connections. The fast-track project required an economical design that facilitated construction and coordination and collaboration with the Engineer of Record
